(1) How to place the order from the website:
You can add all the products that you like into cart and do proceed till the payment by following below steps:
Add products into the cart from the website or if you like from Facebook, click on the product link that is given below the picture
- Enter an Email ID to add the item into the cart
- Click on “Check Out”
- Add the required shipping details
- Pay the payment via PayPal, Credit Card or Debit Card
Note: Even if you want to pay via Credit Card/Debit Card, PayPal details are required to enter or If you don’t have PayPal account, you need to create it.
(2) Is it necessary to create an account to place the order?
No, it is absolutely optional but it helps you to find out all order history. The order can be generated once shipping details have been added and accomplish the payment.
(3) No confirmation has been received even though the order was placed successfully. How can I find out order confirmation details?
The system will provide order confirmation details along with tracking details once ship. If you still don’t get information, you can reach us on email@example.com or whatsup us +91 70969 99933.
(4) How can I get the order no.?
Once you place the order successfully, the system will provide you reference no. that is called order no. that you can find out by login into SareeO’s account.
(5) How can I get the invoicing details?
The system will provide invoice details along with order no. on your registered email id so you can get it by checking it.
(6) Why the order was cancelled by SareeO?
Cancellation from SareeO could be possible for below reasons
- The product is “out of stock” or not available
- Inaccuracies or errors occur in price information
- Service is not available in your area
(7) How can I cancel the order?
You need to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org along with order no. in order to cancel. Please note that cancellation is possible until it is not shipped and cancellation charges are applicable according to the policy.
(8) How long does my order take to proceed once order place?
The estimated delivery time of international orders is within 8-10 working days approx. including quality checking. Please note that delivery time may vary under a few circumstances such as product replacement or nonavailability.
(9) How can I know the product is “In Stock” or not?
If the product is available while adding it into the cart, the system will show as “In Stock”.
(10) Can I order the product - “Out of Stock” or Temporarily unavailable?
The products that are listed as “out of stock” is not available for sale. Once it comes in stock, you can place the order from the website.

Our team tries to keep all the products in stock but sometimes unexpected demand exceeds the supply. In this case, the system notifies for each out of stock product before ship and product refund generate within 7 working days approx.

Once order ship, tracking details are being provided on registered email id so you can contact the courier company for a quick solution or you can also reach us on email@example.com along with order no.
(13) Who is responsible for paying custom / VAT charges?
VAT/ Custom process is not our control. VAT/ Custom taxes / Import duties are not included in order processing so this amount is payable by the buyer.

As it is systematic, we are not taking orders over phone/ messenger/ WhatsApp so you need to place the order from the website - https://www.sareeo.com/ only.
(15) How can I choose the size while placing the order?
Our products are semi stitch/ unstitch that is described in the description and having a free size that supports up to Indian XL size. No stitching facility is available so you have to arrange from your end.
All saree or lehenga blouses are material only and bottom of any semi - stitch product is material only.
(16) What does “semi-stitch” mean?
Semi - stitch product is half stitched dress that you can alter it to available supported size. It is mostly stitched from above and the bottom is kept non-stitched.
(17) How can I receive the discount code?
The discount coupon code is system generated that you may receive on your registered email-id by the system automatically if it is available for you. It is valid for the certain time period and expires it if you don’t use within that time limit.
(18) How can I get the discount on bulk purchase?
Our products are at an affordable rate but you may receive the discount by the system at the time of placing the order according to your purchase and available offer.
(19) How can I exchange the product of order?
It is systematic so it is not possible to replace the product but you can contact on firstname.lastname@example.org for the suggestion.
