Bulk Purchase FAQ

1. What are special benefits will be given as bulk purchaser?
  • Special 50% discount on each product (Note: other discounts are not applicable & discount change is seasonable)

Note:  We have privileged to cancel the order at any time under a few circumstances such as product replacement / non-availability, etc.
 
2. How many products should I require to purchase minimum to become a bulk purchaser?
 
You have to purchase min. 30 quantity to become a bulk purchaser. This quantity can be varied and that must be available on the website. 
3. Do I have to pay membership fees for wholesale orders?
 
No, There is no membership charge.
 
4. How do I pay for Bulk Purchase?
 
You can pay via Bank Transfer only. No other options are available such as PayPal, or Western Union for the bulk customer.

Is return policy is different from regular purchase?
    
No, it will be the same as a regular purchase. Here is the link for Return Policy but the refund is done in the same account that you used while placing the order.
 
6. Can I replace/change the products before my order ship?
 
No, it is not possible to change/modify the order as it is systematic. Either you can place a new order and provide that order no. After receiving new order details, previous order will be cancel and refund will be done in the same account that you used while placing the order.
 
7. Is cancellation policy is the same as a regular purchase?
 
Yes, it is the same as a regular purchase. Here is the link for Cancellation Policy but the refund is done in the same account that you used while placing the order.

8. Is it possible to ship on multiple addresses?
 
We only ship to that shipping address that you entered while placing the order & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
 
9. How to place a bulk order?
 
Please go through the below steps to purchase:
 
Step 1: Select the product and add that to your cart or if you like from Facebook, click on the product link that is given below that picture and adds it to your cart
Step 2: Click on “Check Out“ button after adding all required items that you want to buy
Step 3: Add required shipping address details where you want to ship.
Step 4: Enter the name of Payment Assistance - SareeO Support Agent (You can approach that person if any query)
Step 5: Add a comment and click on "Confirm Order"
Step 6: Add exact amount in the bank account (Note: Applicable transaction processing fees of an individual bank does not include in total order amount)
Step 7: Send transaction receipt on support@sareeo.clothing and get verification email for order confirmation
 
10. When does my order start to process?
 
Once the exact order amount receives in a bank account, the order process will start. It takes 3-4 working days approx. to check in quality then ship. It takes 5-6 working days approx. to deliver after shipping. Please note that delivery time may vary under a few circumstances such as product replacement or no availability.
